Data Processing Purposes and Types: Your personal data will be processed to provide beneficiaries with services requiring expertise, such as legal, psychological, and social support, and to monitor their recovery and development processes. Data Sharing: The collected personal data will be shared with our board members, other expert volunteers, and, when necessary, with authorized institutions to provide the best service. This sharing will be done to find the most suitable solutions for the beneficiary's situation and to defend their rights. Additionally, due to our IT infrastructure being operated through overseas service providers, your personal data will also be shared with these service providers.
Confidentiality Agreement and Expectations: We expect you to protect the confidentiality of personal data collected from the beneficiaries you will assist and to use this data only for the specified purposes with the highest level of sensitivity. In this context, we will ask you to sign Vicdan Vakfı's confidentiality agreement and to be meticulous in adhering to these commitments.
Your Rights: As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purposes of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and to request the deletion or destruction of your data.
